Parasites are an invader to the body. An organism that lives inside another organism. Only the parasite is harmful to the host organism. The most common parasite names are hookworm, tapeworm, pin worm and round worm. They all fall into three categories of parasite. Protozoa, Helminths and Ectoparasites. Many illnesses come from these three categories if left untreated. It is recommended to practice a parasite cleanse at least once a year, if not twice depending on your diet and environment.
