Heart Healing Breathwork Journey
Healing the Heart is Session 03 of the Ruach breathwork journey — a guided, faith-based experience that combines intentional breathwork, prayer, Scripture meditation, and somatic release to help you access and gently heal the deeper emotional layers of your heart.
In this session you will:
Move through a guided four-phase breath activation designed to open and soften the heart space
Encounter Scripture anchored specifically to healing, restoration, and being fully known
Be led through prayer that speaks directly to grief, loss, disappointment, and heartbreak
