New client appointment w/care plan

Service Description

This appointment includes opportunity to review your intake forms together, run your AO scan and compare lifestyle to imbalanced levels to provide your starting point in a customized holistic care plan. If you choose to continue on a coaching plan, you will receive your detox plan with initial visit. To add on SRT Therapy, it is a $50 per week upgrade. *If needing to meet virtually over a private zoom session, please add to your appointment notes and we will email you the link and information.
