The Fitness & Sleep tracking is visible to the entire team, so stay on top of the game by logging your fitness time.

Your check-in files will be private. These files are visible to you as well as your management team. You agreed to the management team having access when you signed to join the program through the company. If for any reason you wish to withdraw that access, request must be made in writing to your management team.
